Quote of the week:
“If Shakespeare and Michelangelo were alive today, and if they decided to collaborate on a comic, Shakespeare would write the script and Michelangelo would draw it. How could anybody say that this wouldn’t be as worthwhile an artform as anything on earth?” ~ Stan Lee

Stan Lee was a famous writer who helped create many of the superheroes we love today. He worked with Marvel Comics to bring characters like Spider-Man and Iron Man to life. Stan Lee explored new possibilities by creating heroes who were not perfect and had real-life problems, just like ordinary people. He loved telling exciting stories and inspiring kids to use their imagination.
In your Summer Badge Book, page 28, entitled “Comic”, be like Jon Murakami and Stan Lee, use your imagination and complete the comic strip by creating your own dialog between the characters.
Creative imagination of an artist.
